These two were so freaking cute! The quick sibling photo session took only about 20 minutes. I had so much fun watching their sibling love for one another. They both played with sand and ran around chasing birds into the sunset. Taking photos of young children could be so challenging but there are ways to get around it.
Here are few that work for me each time I do a Family Session:
#1 Make them feel as if they came there to play. This will allow them to loosen up and know that they can have fun in their own way.
#2 Give them prompts/directions to what they should do. This will allow you capture some really good candid photos.
#3 Pause, stay quiet and observe over your shoulder as a result, you will be surprised what you could get out of that!
Location
Florida beaches make the most amazing locations for destination and local family sessions, not only but people choose beaches for : wedding portraits, engagement sessions and maternity sessions as well. Who wouldn’t want to have the most amazing photographs up on their walls! Choosing the right location could be a challenge, but your Photographer would help you choose the right one for you.
We chose St. Petersburg beach for this photo session because of its beautiful white sand. My daughter also wanted to see the Don Cesar hotel “Pink Palace” https://www.doncesar.com/, she says this is where the princess lives lol but I think she was referring to the Bride she saw the other time lol, besides it does make a great location to get married at. As a St. Pete Wedding Photographer I often think this is seriously the most amazing City to get married at.
